Throughout this year, we've had to meet with Wei Ning to discuss our progress in both our college life, our life in general, and in our service. In the first meeting, we talked about our goals for the semester.  It was really helpful to get the things I wanted to focus on the most written down.  Especially since I could go back and look at them throughout the semester, and refocus myself.  Being able to discuss it out loud and being encouraged to was very effective.  In the second meeting, I was having a really bad day and basically just used the meeting to vent.  It was really great to have the time, place, and person available to listen.  Afterwards, I was much more calm, and my notes in my Keystone Experience Field Guide reflect that.  In the third and final meeting, we recapped what we had done in the past semester, in the class, and in life altogether.  I was in a positive and productive mood for this meeting, and my general mindset really impressed Wei Ning.  She helped me with focusing on what I needed to get done, and reminded me to continue that same attitude throughout the next two weeks of exams.
